Who I am.

Designer. Aviator. Songwriter.

I am a UX Designer that has a background in software engineering. Previously studying Full Stack Software Development, I honed my coding skills to create modern UI platforms for clients. Combining this experience with user research methods as a UX Designer, I am able to create the best possible experience for users while maintaining realistic business goals set by the product owner.

Aviation

I grew up in a family of aviators. My dad and two brothers all fly fixed wing planes, hot air balloons, paramotors, and drones.

Over the course of the past few years, I have been slowly training to get my private pilot license with a seaplane rating to further explore the Pacific Northwest.

Aviation is something that keeps me going onward and upward and is a major part of who I am today.

Songwriting

In my past career, I spent 275+ dates out of the year traveling with an A-List artist as a Tour Manager. I scheduled and managed everything from arena shows to TV performances to private travel needs to contract negotiation.

While traveling the world, I found myself in a lot of awkward, beautiful moments and wrote songs which acted as my travel diary. If I were to make an affinity map based on my lyrics, pondering about home would be a theme.

I took a unique approach to recording these songs. Instead of using a well equipped studio in Nashville, where I lived, I decided to do it all myself in three separate empty attics with the goal to capture the songs in their rawest form. This taught me that applying creative constraints to a project results in a more creative outcome.
